About
A catalog, not a product.
Field Catalog exists because HPE Networking people have been shipping useful tools for years — and those tools live in a dozen GitHub accounts, blog posts, and Docker Hub repos. This site is the curated list we send when someone asks “what’s out there?”
It is independent. Hewlett Packard Enterprise does not endorse, support, or warrant the community projects listed here. Official entries are labeled as such and point at HPE / Aruba GitHub or the Aruba Developer Hub.
How something gets in
- It does real work against an HPE Networking product.
- Source or a public live tool is available to inspect.
- It is maintained enough to be useful, or clearly marked experimental.
- Origin is honest: official only if it is published by HPE / Aruba.
- We do not list credential harvesters, malware, or abandoned junk.
Listing is not support. If a tool breaks your lab, that is between you and the author. Read the project’s own license and disclaimer.
Official versus community
Community is the point of this site — Central Automation Studio, the various MCP servers, operator CLIs. The official lane (pycentral, Ansible collections, workflow repos) is here so SEs and customers are not left guessing where the supported SDKs live.
